Submitting an inquiry, manuscript, proposal, outline, recording, or sample does not obligate CVF Books & Publications to review, accept, publish, represent, purchase, edit, or provide services for the project.

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you own or have sufficient authority to share all submitted material for review.

4. Ownership of submitted material

You retain ownership of your submitted material unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise. You grant CVF Books & Publications a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, copy, transmit, and review the material as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry and perform services you authorize.

You are responsible for maintaining your own complete backup copies of all files and manuscripts.

5. Services, estimates, and agreements

Descriptions of services on this website are general and may change. Prices, schedules, deliverables, ownership terms, publication rights, revision limits, payment terms, refunds, royalties, responsibilities, and other project details must be stated in a separate written proposal, invoice, service agreement, publishing agreement, or similar document.

No website statement, preliminary conversation, estimate, or project review guarantees acceptance, completion, publication, sales, reviews, rankings, royalties, revenue, or commercial success.

6. Editing and publishing decisions

CVF Books & Publications may decline projects that do not fit its standards, capabilities, schedule, mission, legal requirements, or business interests.
